Scholarships available for licensed filipinos

Scholarships for graduating high school seniors of Filipino descent are available since Kaua ' i, Filipino Chamber of Commerce, said Oscar Portugal.

Eligible high school seniors of any of the high schools of Kaua ' i shall be granted up to 1000 dollars in scholarships if selected.

Awards are available to students entering a University, four-year College, or junior or community college.

Deadline for application is March 31.
