Spend £ billion in the United Kingdom, "war"

Britain is to rethink their priorities for assistance and development and trust money in security and job creation rather than traditional support areas such as health and education. International development Correspondent David Loyn reports on changes in the priorities in the white paper, the Government agreed to provide assistance to vulnerable countries that have recently emerged from conflict.
